Yup, yup

The truck rental company tried to charge me an extra $240 for extra mileage, and not filling the tank. i showed them my bank statement proving that i had filled the tank 2 miles away, and they refunded the $$
lets see: water heater, 38 sheets drywall, 14 large packages insulation, baseboards and trim, 3 doors and jambs, putty, paint, paint tools, carpet in MBR, and that's all the $$$ i have for now.
need: new hardwood floors, upstairs carpet (apprx $1800), window trim, front door, closet door, 2 light fixtures, vinyl siding, stove, fridge, and dishwasher.
want: front porch, new swingset, car port/garage, upstairs addition to include more windows, and a second bathroom

In other words, what exactly are you trying for, style/design-wise?
You say you will add "more modern siding" but that could mean you are trying to modernize the overall look, or that you will simply be using new siding that is made using modern materials/technology like Hardie plank or aluminum/vinyl but will otherwise be in keeping with the original look.
Regardless of any of that, one thing that immediately stands out is that the room on the left side appears to have been planked with a smaller sized siding than the rest of the place....it could just be perspective/lens distortion, but if they really are two different sizes, making them all the same would go a long way towards helping the place aesthetically
